A WARM WELCOME TO THE RED LION
The Red Lion in Gilmorton is the bistro village pub situated just 2 miles from Lutterworth and M1 Junction 20. With a modern look, serving freshly cooked food at value for money prices, the pub is ideal for all events – birthdays, weddings, christenings, or small meetings. Whether there are just 2 of you looking for a quiet drink – we offer at least 4 cask ales all the time, with a great wine list - or up to 36 people looking to dine in style then we can accommodate you. We use our own herbs from the garden and make our own bread and flavoured ice creams. We offer a barter system for home grown produce so much of our fruit and veg is grown in the village. We are open every evening from 5pm, and start serving food from 5.30pm (Monday – Saturday). We offer a full lunchtime menu from Tuesday to Saturday – our 2 course lunch starts at £7.50. We are also open Sunday from midday until 10:30p. Our great Sunday Lunch is available 12 till 3:30pm. Just an hour for lunch? Then call us with your order and we will make sure it is ready to eat as soon as you arrive. We are also delighted to open on Monday lunch times for pre booked parties of 12 or more. We can also supply catering facilities and a bar for external events and parties, please call for more information.
FANTASTIC MENUS 
Everything here at the Red Lion is freshly cooked to order. The preparation of your meal will therefore take longer than in establishments where microwaves are used. We source the majority of our ingredients locally. All of our meat is supplied by Joseph Morris, and many of our fruit and vegetables are local via our produce swap scheme. We even have own herb garden. Please ask for more details.
